LEAN SIX SIGMA is a combination of two popular methodologies used in business today.  Six Sigma works to lower occurrences of
defects in  products or services in order to improve overall quality. 
Lean focuses on tools for streamlining production and services with
emphasis on the elimination of waste.
 
Anne Knurek of Molex will present an overview of the principles of LEAN with an emphasis on the Eight Deadly Wastes and the Power of 6S in the workplace. Anne is a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is currently
responsible for the LSS Deployment for seven functional areas within the Corporate and Sales & Marketing areas of Molex.
