Community Event - Parent Connections Group

This free group will be led by our Therapist Sheila Adamo, MSW, LCSW, CADC to provide support and guidance for parents of preschool through grade school children with the opportunity to form a deeper connection with themselves, their families, and similar parents. To help address the worry that we all have as parents, how do I stay connected as a robust role model for my child(ren) in today's world? Topics to be discussed: Coping skills, Self-Care, Discipline, Mental Health of the Family, School Support, Inter Connectedness Through Parenting, Modeling Approaches, Boundary Setting, Integrating with Friends & Family. Participants are welcome to join these free sessions at any time throughout their duration every other Tuesday until Dec. 15th.
