For 11 years Dr. Lynch was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pritzker Realty Group\, a privately held company in Chicago\, with assets in excess of $6 billion. In this role\, Kevin managed the administrative\, human resources\, information technology and risk management responsibilities of this rapidly growing organization in commercial real estate. He had previously served for 10 years as chief financial officer of another rapidly growing organization.  Dr. Lynch specializes in assisting organizations in rapid change\, on strategic growth decisions and implementation of appropriate organizational infrastructure.
